Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AlgoZilla website (algozilla.io) and all related services, including trading signals, Telegram channels, API access, and indicator libraries (collectively, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

AlgoZilla provides AI-powered cryptocurrency trading signals generated by our proprietary machine learning engine, Omniscius v2.5. Signals are delivered via Telegram and indicate potential entry and exit points for supported cryptocurrency pairs. The Service also includes an indicator library, market data, and educational content.

AlgoZilla does not execute trades on your behalf. You are solely responsible for executing trades on your chosen exchange.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Account & Subscription

4.1 Plans

AlgoZilla offers multiple subscription tiers: Free, Basic, Pro, and Premium. Features and pricing for each tier are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly cycle. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to keep it up to date.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

4.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact info@algozilla.io for a full refund. Refunds after the 30-day period are not available.

5. Signal Usage

Trading signals are provided for your personal use only. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, forward, or share signals with any third party
• Use automated tools to forward, copy, or relay signals to other channels or services
• Publish or publicly disclose signal content (including on social media or forums)
• Use signals as input for a competing trading signal service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, trading signals, PineScript indicators, reports, documentation, trademarks, and other intellectual property provided through the Service are owned by AlgoZilla and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the signals and indicators for personal trading only. PineScript indicators are licensed for use on your TradingView account only and must not be shared or published.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms, models, or methodologies
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond what is provided through our API
• Use the Service to manipulate markets, engage in wash trading, or facilitate any fraudulent activity
• Interfere with the operation of the Service, including by introducing malware, overloading servers, or exploiting vulnerabilities
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal under applicable law

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlgoZilla and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the total subscription fees you paid to AlgoZilla in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AlgoZilla is not responsible for trading losses, missed signals due to technical issues, delays in delivery, or inaccuracies in signals or data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to AlgoZilla, other users, or third parties. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting info@algozilla.io to request account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also have the right to submit a dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
